Board-certified in Psychiatry, Dr. Patino has over 25 years of clinical experience treating a wide range of neuropsychiatric disorders. He is a consultant for multiple community health organizations, and is also the Medical Director of the Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital in Chandler. As a current fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, Dr. Patino was awarded the Sierra Tucson Gratitude Recognition — Lifetime Achievement Award for his dedication and service to the mental health community of Arizona. He is one of very few psychiatrists in Arizona who has direct experience with Ketamine infusion therapy, and is active in clinical research with other cutting-edge therapies including Trans Magnetic Stimulation and targeted ECT for depression, bipolar syndrome, PTSD, and related neuropsychiatric conditions.

Dr. Crooks is a double board certified, fellowship trained anesthesiologist. He worked with leading experts at two of the nation’s top medical institutions, completing his residency in Anesthesiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Anesthesia and Pain Medicine at UCLA. He had the honor of being selected Chief Resident of the Department of Critical Care Medicine, and was elected by his peers as a Phoenix Magazine “Top Doc” in Anesthesiology and Pain Management. Delivering the highest quality patient care has been the primary focus of Dr. Crooks throughout his career in medicine, and he has published numerous articles in medical journals and textbooks. He believes that the best attribute a physician can have is the ability to listen to their patient, and to understand the importance of the doctor-patient relationship. This relationship is essential in restoring function and getting back to life.

Amanda is a Registered Nurse that has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the medical and research field. Prior to graduating nursing school with high distinction in 2011 where she also minored in biological sciences, she was nationally certified and registered as an Emergency Medication Technician. As a Registered Nurse she has worked in a variety of specialties including neurological, acute trauma/surgical care and fertility treatment. Amanda is a true cowgirl at heart always looking to ride her beautiful horses in her free time.

Jilanne Rose, DNP, ANP-C is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and the resident expert in Intravenous Infusion Therapy and hemodynamic monitoring. One of Jilanne’s main responsibilities is to maintain patients’ physical health while they receive infusion therapy. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1996 and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2004, as well as her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2017. She is highly regarded by patients and providers who seek her out because of her expertise and she is dedicated to helping patients achieve a healthy and happy life.
